Our Goals

We are committed to investing in our 4 existing locations, helping them reach full maturity and transforming the communities where God has called us.

• Build a permanent Avon location on the 10 acres we’ve acquired
• Improve Brownsburg location balcony seating
• Update Brownsburg location lobby and restrooms to better serve families
• Repave the parking lot of the Carmel location
• Improve the kids and students environments at the Fishers location
• Continue our dozens of ministries, hundreds of groups, and discipleship-training for thousands of Christ’s people
• Continue maintaining and taking excellent care of the facilities God has entrusted to us
• Begin a fund to establish future locations
• Continue giving hundreds of Life Application Study Bibles to new believers

We will increase our investments in Youth Worldview, kids, students, and young adults to raise the strongest generation across all current and future locations.

• Build a permanent kids and students facility at our Avon location
• Establish vibrant kids and students ministries at our newest Fishers and Carmel locations
• Build the tools to distribute our NextGen ministry across multiple locations
• Continue hiring the best youth pastors and leaders in the country
• Continue building, testing, and improving our exclusive Youth Worldview curriculum and tools to anchor our sons and daughters
• Begin sharing our Worldview program and learnings to other churches around the nation
• Resource a vibrant young adult movement
• Provide career mentoring and spiritual metrics for young adults aged 18-29

Increase the number of our global missionaries from 26 to 31 and double-down on our digital ministry, reaching thousands of people beyond our physical walls.

• Raise up 5 new full-time missionaries from our next generation
• Invest in our missionaries through our unique relational missionary care groups
• Continue improving and adding to our dozens of short-term mission trips, with special emphasis on sending out our next generation
• Invest in college campus ministries around Indiana where our students are attending college helping them thrive for Christ at college
• Continue distributing 365 Daily Hope video devotionals to 11,179 people, for a total of 4.08 million devotional moments per year
• Continue our weekly livestream worship services for thousands of people around the country, fueling the growth of our physical location
• Invest in continued growth for all of our digital ministries and tools
